Secretary to General Manager

**BASED IN TIOMAN ISLAND.**:
- Manage the General Manager's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
- Maintain and update administrative systems, databases, and files in an organized and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments and staff members to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting as required.
- Provide support in resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the General Manager in other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
