**Fashion Index Sdn. Bhd.**, a trusted name in the health and beauty industry for over 17 years, is seeking a talented **Marketing Executive** to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen brand identity.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, brand awareness, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and consumer insights.
- Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create engaging content, including videos, blog posts, stories, captions, advertorials, and scripts.
- Maintain and manage social media channels, including scheduling posts and producing marketing materials.
- Oversee advertising and social media campaigns.
- Organize and oversee marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with KOLs, media, and designers to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring marketing expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and strategic planning principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software, with familiarity in social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and a keen sense of commercial awareness.
- Experience with Facebook and TikTok advertising is a plus.
- Enjoyment of being on camera and engaging with audiences is preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
