Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record and maintain up to date.
- Handle and compile confidential matters, correspondence, document translation, and minutes of meeting.
- Preparation and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company’s policies and procedures
- Prepare payment voucher.
- Prepare Staff Claim monthly.
- Answering phone call.
- Perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by superior or management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Preferred Mandarin Speaker.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Nusajaya

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
