Crew/kitchen Helper

Carry out tasks based on the assigned scope diligently, adhering to the established rules and procedures, and complying with the instructions of the Manager/Supervisor as long as they do not contradict regulations.

Ensure that all work standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed without any excuses to maintain consistently high standards of work.

Perform cooking tasks while ensuring that the best products are produced according to the established Policies & Procedures, achieving maximum customer satisfaction.

Ensure optimal use of raw materials and minimize wastage that could lead to reduced profit margins.

Ensure that semi-prepared raw materials (Work In Progress) are stored according to the proper procedures.

Personally carry out and ensure the execution of cleaning tasks in the back area/kitchen by shop staff, following the established hygiene procedures and standards.

Comply with all work discipline regulations as set by the company.

Collaborate with all other shop staff in carrying out their duties without any reservations, fostering a strong team spirit.

Provide ideas to the Manager/Supervisor that can further improve product/service quality and/or ideas regarding new products and/or any other matters that can contribute to improvements, including work processes/regulations.

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
