**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential locations for vending machine placement (e.g., offices, malls, schools, factories).
- Assist in negotiating rental terms, commission agreements, and location approvals with property owners or building managers.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments (power access, traffic flow, visibility).
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation scheduling and site readiness.
- Help manage permits, licenses, and compliance related to vending machine operations.
- Track site development progress and maintain accurate records of agreements and statuses.
- Monitor competitor placements and market trends to support strategic planning.
- Build positive relationships with location partners and provide ongoing support.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site development, sales, retail expansion, or a similar role (vending experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel locally for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of vending operations or retail equipment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
