**Job description**

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality, original videos and animations for TikTok that align with the brand's values and target audience
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos and animations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features of the TikTok platform to ensure content is relevant and engaging
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and growth on TikTok
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. marketing, product, etc.) to ensure videos and animations are aligned with broader brand goals and initiatives
- Continuously analyze and evaluate the performance of videos and animations on TikTok, and adjust content and strategies as needed.

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & Marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is a must.
- Experience in operating social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram etc.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- **Understanding Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, Display Ads**
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Required Skill(s): social media marketing, Google Analytics skills, marketing automation, creative content writing; (graphic design, digital design and Video editing are added advantage)
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
