**PRODUCT AND MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**SUMMARY**:
This Product and Marketing Specialist will focus heavily on product training with a promotional mindset, so we are looking for someone who can influence, inspire, and drive product movement through impactful education sessions and live events and online activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan and deliver engaging product training sessions integrated with promotional messaging to drive product purchases and brand loyalty.
- Present confidently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin across physical and virtual platforms.
- Design and execute training programs that not only educate but also motivate and influence associates to act-whether to try, promote, or purchase products.
- Inspire product belief and conversion through storytelling, product demos, and simplified science communication.
- Support nationwide roadshows, product launches, and campaigns, serving as the voice of the product.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and events teams to create tools and experiences that boost product visibility and movement.
- Gather field feedback and continuously refine messaging and approach to align with consumer behavior. Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related discipline.
- Must be Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with the ability to present and engage confidently in all three.
- A natural presenter and influencer who can connect with various audiences, from health-conscious consumers to sales associates.
- Experience in direct selling, FMCG, wellness, or health product industries is a strong advantage.
- Energetic, charismatic, and persuasive-able to inspire confidence and action.
- Willingness to travel regularly for events, workshops, and market visits.
