Jobs Description:
Marketing
- Plan and implement the organization's marketing strategies
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and organization's image
- Arrange and implement promotional and advertising strategies to promote the organization's products, programs, or events
- Handle social media and digital marketing strategies to achieve viewer targets
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to understand the needs and wants of the target audience
- Manage relationships with marketing partners and potential sponsors
- Build and maintain networks with media, press, and influencers.

Fundraising
- Design and prepare marketing proposals for each agreed project.
- Attending meetings both locally and overseas.
- Presentation of marketing proposals to government and private agencies both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Find new customers
- Request for sponsorship outside and within the country
- Create reports for sponsorship
- Prepare reports for each project under the FIRASAD department
- Establish engagement with companies.

- Wisely manage the assigned tasks at the designated time
- Like putting goals in every challenge you get.
- Focus on the given work
- Do not be afraid by listening to feedback and criticisms of the works that have been done

**Requirements**:

- Age between 18-30 years
- Can work overtime
- Can work out of area
- Not Blacklist by Immigration
- Can work in minimum supervision
- Can work in Melaka
- Posses own transport
- Willing to travel
- Can communicate well & have good working ethics
- Able to work alone and with the group

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
