**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Purchasing Executive** who will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement for **sustainable and eco-friendly products**. This role requires a **strategic thinker, a great negotiator, and a detail-oriented individual** who can work under pressure to ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and ethical sourcing.

You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with **ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) guidelines**, and supporting the sales team with sourcing requirements. If you have **experience in procurement, supply chain management, and sourcing products that align with sustainability goals**, this is the role for you

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sourcing & Procurement**
- Source and evaluate **eco-friendly, sustainable materials, and lifestyle products** that align with ESG guidelines.
- Identify and **negotiate with reliable suppliers** to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Work closely with the **sales team** to source customized products for client projects and campaigns.
- Stay updated with **market trends and innovations** in sustainable materials.

**Vendor & Supplier Management**
- Develop and maintain **strong relationships with vendors** for long-term procurement success.
- Ensure **supplier compliance** with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.
- Conduct **regular supplier evaluations** to maintain quality control.

**Inventory & Logistics Management**
- Manage incoming shipments to ensure **timely deliveries** for project deadlines.
- Maintain an **accurate inventory database** and update stock levels proactively.
- Work with the **operations team** to streamline procurement processes.

**Process Improvement & Compliance**
- Ensure **strict adherence to procurement SOPs** and company purchasing policies.
- Continuously **improve sourcing efficiency** and suggest innovative purchasing strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to **optimize supply chain operations**.

**Key Requirements**

**2+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience**, preferably in sustainable or merchandising industries.
**Strong negotiation skills** with a proven track record of securing competitive pricing.
**Familiarity with ESG and sustainable product sourcing** is a plus.
Ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.
Excellent **communication skills** to liaise with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
**Proactive mindset** with strong **ownership and accountability**.
Adaptability to **work under pressure** and multitask effectively.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
