General Admin Executive

To plan and ensure execution of all operational scope of work that includes (but not limited to) company car (allocation & maintenance), dispatch, company driver, company mobile phone, general insurance, rental monitoring, license renewal, flight & hotel booking, stationary allocation, cleaning, laundry, canteen, rest room, locker room, vendor/supplier etc.
- To ensure audit, supervision & management of all outsourced operations that BSH contracted to ensure expectations are met and within set SOP.
- To monitor and update the expiry date of appointed service provider agreement and perform necessary renewal before expiry date.
- To ensure timely payment requisition/ purchase requisition of tasks assigned are made to ensure no service disruption to daily operations.
- To ensure proper monitoring and control of inventory.
- To plan arrangements of all transportation services (including Friday prayer's arrangements).
- To report any damages of company assets/facilities & ensure related section's immediate countermeasure.
- Any tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management/International Business or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years related working experience as General Admin/Admin in Manufacturing Industry.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Able to speak Japanese will be an added advantage).
- Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
