**Responsibility**
- Warmly greet and guide customers through our menu
- Keep customers informed about our special promotions to enhance their visit.
- Efficiently take orders and input them into our Point of Sales (POS) system.
- Proactively suggest delectable food and beverages to enhance the customers experience and contribute to upselling efforts.
- Communicate with warmth and friendliness, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure smooth food order coordination and overall operations.
- Anticipate and fulfil customer needs.
- Maintain impeccable grooming standards consistently.
- Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness practices at all times.
- Assist in outlet inventory management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage Opening and closing shifts
- Embrace cross-training opportunities and take on additional tasks and duties as assigned.
- Promptly report any customer suggestions, complaints, or issues to the superior.
