- Ensure adherence to customs regulations, including proper handling of duties, sales tax, and applicable exemptions.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation, following internal policies and procedures from requisition to settlement.
- Manage nonconforming materials by coordinating timely returns and replacements with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including costs, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management from time to time within the stipulated dateline.

**Job requirement**:

- Possess minimum Diploma qualification or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years related working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
