Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR operations for client accounts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for both client and internal hiring needs.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, reports, and policy materials.
- Track and maintain attendance, leave, and employee records across client accounts.
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Contribute to HR consulting projects, including policy development, employee handbooks, and survey execution.
- Perform basic HR data analysis and reporting to support client deliverables and internal decision-making.
- Provide support to the firm’s internal HR processes as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consulting, outsourcing, or service-based setup.
- Sound understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
