- **Issues receipts** for every transaction, ensuring customers receive proper documentation of their purchases.
- **Resolves customer concerns and complaints** in a professional and courteous manner, guiding them to solutions and providing relevant information as needed.
- **Greets customers warmly** upon entry and exit, fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all visitors.
- **Maintains a clean and organized checkout area,** ensuring the space is neat, tidy, and safe for both customers and staff.
- **Keeps detailed records of transactions,** including sales and returns, for accurate reporting and reference.
- **Packages goods securely,** including bagging, boxing, or wrapping items as necessary, to ensure safe transport and customer satisfaction.
- **Promotes a positive customer experience** by engaging with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction with every transaction.
- **Assists in maintaining store presentation** by helping stock shelves, rotating merchandise, and marking prices, contributing to the overall store appearance and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
