- Consistently manages physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met
- Develops plans to address key business issues, and utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results
- Managing stock level and movement in the stores. Control and minimize stock pilferage % at store level.
- Lead a team of leaders: motivate, coach, and strengthen Store Managers as team leaders and retail operator
- Recruiting and managing the staff.
- Experience with managing multiple retail stores in a given territory based in Malaysia.
- Well verse in retail SOP.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory / Store Manager experience in retail industry.**
- _**Prefer with F&B experiences**_
- Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
- Ability to inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
