[ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative.

2. To assist Director in the day to day operation.

3. To provide administrative & confidential secretarial support to the Director and related departments as and when requires.

4. To organize and maintain good filing system for smooth & quicker data retrieving.

5. To coordinate, schedule and take minutes of all meetings as and when is needed.

6. To handle telephone inquiries, filter calls and use initiative to deal with routine queries whenever possible.

[REQUIREMENTS]
- A minimum **5 years** of relevant working experience in **Secretarial / Personal Assistant role**;
- Well versed in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)**;
- Required languages**:English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin** in both written & spoken. **Mandarin** is a **MUST** as there's a necessity to communicate with the **Mandarin-speaking Director** in daily basis;
- Personality: Someone who's detail-oriented, mature-minded, a multitasker, a self-starter, having good work ethic, approachable & down-to-earth;
- Possess own transport;
- Able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality;
- Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment;
- Able to work outstation & overseas occasionally;
- **Immediate starters **or those who are having **short notice period** to serve will be prioritized.

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
