**Position Description**:
**High Level Work Expectations**:

- **5+ years’ experience designing custom reports for SuccessFactors using Plateau Report Designer (PRD)**:

- Performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes.
- Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users.
- Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation, escalating when needed.
- Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues.
- Recording information on each incident for the purpose of identifying trends.
- Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.
- Proactively sharing concerns with the team and making recommendations where appropriate.
- Working with corporate LMS team for system issues and updates.
- Building curricula, items, and content objects in the LMS.
- Interact directly with the client

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service role, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Must be able to work on night shift (supporting U.S. hour) from Monday to Friday (5 working days) and Malaysia public holidays.
- Fully work remotely
- Good English communication, good work ethic, good organizational skills, multitasking
