* To assist in handling a full spectrum of human resource activities including payroll, recruitment, resignation, staff welfare, training & development, performance management, activities / interactions and HR projects.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Evaluating and assisting in employee performance reviews and development.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Suggest new HR strategies and lead and / or partake in HR transformational projects for organizational improvement / development.
- Diploma / Degree Holder in HR field.
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- At least 3 years experience in HR executive role.
- Familiar with Vimigo Software.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees to build a high morale and supportive working environment.
- To have a growth mindset and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
