**Position: Education Operations Executive**
**Location**: Remote (Malaysia)
**Working Hours**: 5 days per week (**include weekends**)
**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,300 per month (commensurate with experience)

**About the Role**:
Areda Education SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly committed and detail-oriented **Education Operations Executive** to support backend administrative functions for our affiliated education company in Singapore. Although this is a remote position, it demands strong accountability, high responsiveness, and the **ability to work on weekends** to support business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Management**: Manage student admissions, lesson scheduling, fee collection, and feedback tracking.
- **Online Lesson Coordination**: Schedule and monitor online classes to ensure smooth delivery.
- **Marketing & Sales Support**: Assist the marketing and sales teams in building a strong social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
- Willingness to work on weekends as required.
- High level of commitment, accountability, and time management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
