**Responsibility**:
1. Ensure proper security of company's and customer properties.
2. Coordinates processing of operation documentation and customer status paperwork.
3. Feedback on any matters related to Hub operation at day time to all related party
4. Feedback and prepare reports to all related parties
5. To ensure all required reports by management or HQ function are completed timely.
6. Update and compile operational staff attendance and claim to HR & Finance
7. To assist on operations HUB at day time on receiving and handover shipments
from and to related departments and customers
8. Compile and update productivity report for operation
**Requirements**:
1) Minimum SPM / Diploma 2) Basic IT (Microsoft Office) 3) Good communication skill
