JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing end to end (lifecycle) digital advertising operations. Ensure that online campaigns are executed as planned and monitor campaign performance. Post campaign and operational reports are part of the deliverables. In addition, advertising operational knowledge such as inventory management (forecasting & booking) and collaborating with client’s sales team is essential.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Key Tasks
Campaign execution/assignment setup, monitoring and reporting
1. Review and verify campaign details in booking form to ensure they are complete 2. Set up campaigns as per requirement
3. Updates tracking and media inventory report
4. Assigning tasks to team member in charge based on digital entitlements of campaign
5. Campaign execution progress and monitoring check with Digital Ad Operations member
6. Prepare interim/post campaign report for all digital entitlements
7. Prepare weekly in progress report
Request Management
1. Acknowledge and respond to client’s service request
2. Receive and log requests in the Request Tracking Tool
3. Perform trouble-shooting and escalation until incident resolution
Project Management
1. Liaise with brand and editorial team to implement content and social media related campaign execution
2. Working with designer and tech team for relevant custom product execution.
**Required Skills**:
Formal- Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry- Hands on and with knowledge on digital online advertising business and products- Ability to think and interpret campaign performance- Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry- Basic skills in HTML would be preferred but not essential- Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
