**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Supervisor to join our team. The Operation Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical and operational aspects of our vending machine business, specifically focusing on frozen food products. This individual will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, sales, cash collection, stock levels, and reporting.

- **Technical Monitoring**: Ensure the proper functioning of vending machines, address technical issues promptly, and coordinate repairs when needed, with a focus on maintaining frozen food quality. Training will be provided.
- **Sales Tracking**:Monitor and analyze sales data from vending machines, optimizing product selection and pricing for frozen food items.
- **Cash Collection**:Regularly collect cash from vending machines, maintain accurate records, and ensure secure transportation to designated locations.
- **Stock Management**: Track inventory levels of frozen food products and establish reorder points. Coordinate restocking to maintain inventory availability and quality.
- **Daily Reporting**: Provide daily updates on machine status, frozen food sales, and operational issues. Maintain accurate records of all activities, emphasizing the unique requirements of frozen food.
