Test Debug

To help resolve debug issues as requested by customer (internal or external).
Provide support to Test Engineer in day to day operations such as issues related to test and FA of board/components.
Assist Test Engineer to resolve on line fallout and on various tester instability especially on False Failures.
Help to provide weekly RMA and Debug WIP inventory control.
Verify and provide a short FA report on board level and provide Test Engineer with the information needed to send the boards or components for vendor’s FA.
To help on debug aging boards to reduce aging inventory.
To provide support in RMA shipment and receiving.
Responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products, maintain test equipment, monitor test performance and yield information and provide technical support, share knowledge and experience with co-workers.
Assembly/system level troubleshooting to component level, field board debugging and analyzing failure boards.
Supervise engineering operator.
Test Debug (RMA)

Troubleshooting of product failure and perform simple debugging on tester when there is any issue during FA and feedback to related team.
Can execute 1st level troubleshooting during testing and feedback to engineer.
Participate in customer complain regarding the product failure.
To support programs and activities that will help to improve working environment.
Support on daily incoming RMA inspection and incoming RMA testing.
Knowledge in basic electronic instrument such as Multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope and Digital spectrum Analyser.
Knowledge in electronic circuitry and optical component.
Involve with other department to ensure the RMA process can be close within TAT.
To perform any other task when required by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering with 2 years’ experience in PCA testing and preferably with Debug /ICT /FVT experience.
Knowledge in circuit analysis of schematic diagrams (Digital and Analog) and debugging tools at PCBA level or component level.
Strong knowledge in Functional Test and debug.
Must be independent and equipped with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Few years of hands-on RF experience in debugging is added advantage.
Adapts to change (work plan, priority and management decision) in the work environment.
Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
Consistently completes assignments or work requirements on time without compromising on quality.
