Position : Application Support Specialist

Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,200

Location : Kepong

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

**Job Summary**

Provide frontline support for customer software inquiries and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for clients—both new and existing—on product functionalities and updates.
- Develop and maintain user guides and technical documentation for software customizations, including testing protocols.
- Provide remote support for Point-of-Sales (POS) systems, troubleshooting issues efficiently and professionally.
- Track, follow up, and resolve customer queries via a structured ticketing system.
- Be on standby (on-call) to provide remote support outside of standard hours when necessary.
- Travel internationally to deliver onsite technical support and training for regional teams and clients.
- Handle any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; at least 1 year of relevant experience in IT or technical/customer support is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL commands and networking fundamentals.
- Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management and task prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel and support international assignments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,200.00 per month
