**About Us**: Yu Vin Distributor is a distributor of high-quality F&B essentials such as food packaging, cooking ingredients, baking supply, kitchenware, cleaning supply and more. We have been operating for over 20 years and our office is based in Batu Caves.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service.
- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice sector, including restaurants, catering companies, and institutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including food items, kitchen supplies, and equipment, to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Order Management**: Assist clients with order placement, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while addressing any issues that may arise.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective product distribution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the foodservice or distribution industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of food products and industry regulations is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
