**Responsibilities**:

- To handle the full spectrum of human resource functions including talent and succession management, manpower planning & recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, as well as employees welfare & relations.
- Familiar in Industrial Relations matters including employees disciplinary procedures, domestic inquiry and employees grievances.
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- More than 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed in Sarawak Labour Ordinances, Employment and Industrial Relations Act
- Computer literate, and good command of oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good people management skills
- High degree of personal intergrity and observe strict confidentiality
