**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid out-of-stock issues.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support promotional activities, including setting up discount codes and flash sales.
- Assist with basic product research and competitor analysis to optimize listings and pricing.
- Generate and maintain sales reports and performance data using spreadsheets or dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless online store operations.

**Job requirements**:

- STPM/ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- At least a **1-2 years** of experience in an e-commerce or online retail role preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO, product tagging, and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce CMS.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
