Job Description: As the Social Media Marketing Team Leader at Nestron, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving organic traffic through social media channels. **Proficiency in Mandarin is crucial for this role due to operational needs in China**. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**: Develop and implement robust strategies to drive organic traffic, aligned with Nestron's marketing objectives and brand ethos.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire the social media team to create high-quality content and foster effective community engagement.
- **Content Creation and Optimization**: Oversee the creation of engaging, SEO-friendly content tailored for various social media platforms to maximize organic reach.
- **Analytics and Performance Tracking**: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics, focusing on organic traffic and engagement rates, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- **Community Building and Engagement**: Cultivate a vibrant online community around Nestron's brand to enhance organic reach and word-of-mouth marketing.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and product design teams to align social media efforts with broader organic traffic-driving strategies.
- **Emerging Trends and Best Practices**: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to keep Nestron at the forefront of organic digital growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in social media management, with a focus on organic traffic growth.
- **Skills**: Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and their integration with social media.
- **Language**: Proficient in English (spoken and written) and able to converse in Mandarin.
- **Achievements**: Proven track record of increasing organic reach and engagement on social media platforms.
- **Attributes**: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working with content writers and graphic designers.
- Familiarity with the housing or technology industry (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
