**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial materials sector.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and sales plans to drive business expansion.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, proposals, and business negotiations.
- Oversee the process of collection (收款) and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues and deliver solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, sales, or business development within manufacturing/industrial materials.
- Strong track record of achieving sales KPIs and business growth.
- Experience in building and managing sales teams.
- Solid understanding of contract drafting, proposal management, and client servicing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred) to liaise with local and international clients.**

**Additional Information**:

- Location: Malaysia Nationwide, depends on your current and preferred location. We will rent a workplace for you and your sales team.
- Salary Package: Around RM10k-RM14k, depends on experience and open for negotiation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
