Your responsibilities related to managing and promoting the hotel's reward program, manage our social media channels, official website, and online advertising campaigns to engage with current and potential guests, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
1. Overseeing and facilitating execution of the hotel's reward program to enhance guest satisfaction, increase repeat business, and drive revenue.
2. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive reward program enrollment and participation.
3. Manage the administration of the reward program, including membership enrollment, points accrual, redemption processes, and member communications.
4. Manage the hotel's social media channels to create engaging content, interact with followers, and grow our social media presence.
5. Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotions that align with the hotel's brand identity and marketing objectives.
7. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the online marketplace.
8. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional online reputation for the hotel.

**Qualifications**:
2. Foundation/ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Studies background of customer relationship management and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative thinker with a passion for driving customer engagement and loyalty.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
