**Job Summary**:

- Receive incoming shipments of goods, including merchandise, supplies, and materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
- Inspect received items for damages, discrepancies, or defects, and document any issues according to company procedures.
- Verify received goods with purchase orders to ensure accuracy of deliveries.
- Record received items into inventory management systems or databases, updating inventory records with accurate quantities and locations.
- Organize and store received items in designated locations within the warehouse or storage area, ensuring efficient use of space and easy retrieval of items.
- Coordinate the return of damaged, defective, or incorrect items to suppliers, following established return procedures and documentation requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding shipment discrepancies, damages, or other issues, and work to resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of receiving area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Safely operate a 1-tonne or 3-tonne lorry to transport goods to designated locations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods onto and from the lorry, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery, taking into account factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of goods transported, delivery schedules, mileage, and fuel consumption, and ensure all required documentation such as delivery receipts and logbooks are properly completed and filed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing the transportation of goods, including weight limits, driving hours, and vehicle inspections.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Job Requirement**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or software is desirable.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Possession of a valid Class E or GDL driving license for lorries.
- Proven experience with driving 1-tonne or 3-tonne lorries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
