**Key Responsibilities**

**Purchasing**:

- Process and issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain supplier database, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
- Monitor order status, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations as needed.
- Liaise with finance for invoice matching, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system, ensuring stock data integrity.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to track incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and cycle counts.
- Support reporting on inventory status, usage trends, and stock valuation.
- Assist in implementing inventory control procedures to optimize storage and minimize waste.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- a year of experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain administration will add values. Fresh are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
