We are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge and handle the finance aspects of the organisation. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generate invoices and statements.
- Manage fees collection for programme, reconcile cash books.
- Preparation of audit schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage GIRO bulk collection through internet banking.
- Prepare audit schedules.
- Maintain and keep data system updated.
- Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.
- Compile, analyze, and report financial data.
- Develop periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Present data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent Licensing and Accounting qualifications.
- Minimum 2-years of AR, AP and GL work experience.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Possess a strong spirit of teamwork.
- Highly motivated, committed, and dedicated individual.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to work in Kuala Lumpur

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
