**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Department Setup & Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, including platform selection, website design, marketing plan, and logistics infrastructure. This encompasses market research to identify target customers and competitive advantages.
- **Platform Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform(s), including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards sales goals and identify areas for improvement. Actively seek opportunities to increase sales revenue and expand market reach.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, manage customer data, and enhance customer experience.
- **Team Management (if applicable)**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of e-commerce professionals (if the role eventually includes managing a team).
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with third-party vendors involved in logistics, payment processing, and other e-commerce services.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Regularly analyze sales data and website analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to senior management.
- **Mandarin Language Skills**: Excellent written and spoken Mandarin is essential for communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum [Number] years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success in building and managing online sales channels.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must. English proficiency is also required.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce analytics tools.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with specific e-commerce platforms [Eg: shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Magento].
- Experience in the Air conditioning industry.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
