**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing an IAM strategy that aligns with the organization's security goals, compliance requirements, and business needs. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand identity-related requirements and challenges.
- User Identity Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and deprovisioning. Implementing processes for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding of users.
- Access Control: Designing and implementing access control models that enforce the principle of least privilege. Defining and managing role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) policies.
- Governance and Compliance: Enforcing compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws. Conducting regular access reviews and audits to ensure appropriate access levels.
- Vendor Management: Managing vendor relationships, including updates, patches, and support.
- Incident Response and Monitoring: Monitoring user activities and access patterns to detect and respond to suspicious or unauthorized behavior. Participating in incident response efforts related to identity and access security incidents.
- Documentation and Training: Documenting IAM processes, configurations, and procedures for internal reference and compliance purposes. Providing training to employees and stakeholders on IAM best practices and security awareness.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about emerging IAM technologies, vulnerabilities, and industry trends. Continuously improving IAM processes and strategies to adapt to evolving security challenges.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Cybersecurity, Computer Science**, or a related field.
- Certified Information **Systems Security Professional (CISSP)**:

- Certified Information **Security Manager (CISM)**:

- Certified Identity and **Access Manager (CIAM)**:

- Strong technical skills in identity and access management.
- In-depth knowledge of identity management principles.
- Attention to detail with a focus on security.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
