Company Secretary Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the manager in all aspects of company secretarial duties and ensuring compliance with the Hong Kong Act and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain all statutory records.
- Liaise with other departments within the Group, the Companies Commission of Hong Kong and other relevant Regulators.
- Provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise.
- Attend regular customer service training, telephone etiquettes, and briefings.
- Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality with required service level to meet the goals and objectives
- Assist in the preparation of other processes as assigned by the Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of working experience in related fields.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (speaking, writing, reading)
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with flexible approach to working in a team.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate - MS Office Applications, Basic knowledge of Internet
- Immediate availability is preferred.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
