Triple 8 Food and Beverage is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our management team. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Assist management in day-to-day operations and provide support for company executives.
- Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are managed effectively.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records, handle invoices, and assist with accounting tasks.
- Communication: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate efficiently with various stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Experience in payroll, inventory, and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
