**Job Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive our customer acquisition efforts and lead our sales team toward success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of sales leadership, and is eager to contribute to the success of an innovative tech startup revolutionizing the grooming industry.


**Responsibilities**:
**Lead and Manage the Sales Team**
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**Develop Sales Strategies**
- Create and implement sales plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

**Achieve Sales Targets**
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
- Ensure individual and team quotas are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute plans to address underperformance when necessary.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Provide insights on sales performance and improvement opportunities.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
