**Summary**:

- Serve as the main contact for customer enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and high satisfaction.
- Support sales targets by identifying new opportunities and coordinating related initiatives.
- Proactively identify and secure new corporate clients through targeted sales efforts.
- Maintain updated records of customers, prospects, and leads for effective follow-ups and reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, and assess their effectiveness.
- Prepare key sales documents including quotations, booking confirmations, and agreements.
- Issue invoices and receipts while tracking payments and outstanding balances.
- Promote the brand and services through social media platforms and corporate events.
- Conduct market outreach to expand the customer base, especially in the northern region.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to align vehicle movements with yard records.
- Assist with vehicle check-ins/check-outs and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage scheduling for tours, coach services, and chauffeur arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 year working experience or Proven experience in sales marketing or corporate sales, operations coordination, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Office location: Bayan Lepas.
