**Requirement**
- Recognized Diploma in Private Secretaryship (PSC) and/or Diploma in Executive Secretaryship (DES) or other qualification with experience working in this fields
- At least 2-3 years working experience in related fields
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office
- Knowledge in Microsoft Publisher will be an advantage
- Experience in dealing with government registration processes will be an advantage.
- Exposed to ISO 9001 also will be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work under pressure and work independently
- Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
- _**Willing to stay back/overnight for tender proposal / report submission.**_
- Supervise and organize all secretarial services.
- Assigning Proposal/ Project number and maintain the list.
- Formatting report.
- Collection, filing, indexing and maintaining of quality records, and oversee filing systems.
- Register quality records in registration list and store at designated area.
- Organize travel arrangements as directed.
- Maintain relevant guidelines.
- Register and distribute incoming and outgoing non-project documents and correspondence.
- Direct travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Distribute internal mail; carry out filing, copying and office errands
- Provide other clerical duties as directed.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
