Assistant - Warehouse

Arrange local deliveries/overseas shipments to customers based on sales orders & according to department objectives. Send & follow up communications/bookings with forwarders / transporters. c) Ensure delivery/shipment documents are correctly prepared. Work with store personnel to ensure correct items & quantities are as indicated in Delivery Order (D/O) to customers. Seek management approval for Finished Goods (FG) manual Delivery Orders(DO), except manual DO for FG reworks or inkjet process/labeling for customers. Update warehouse reports. Update overtime report & submit to Admin department. Prepare & issue system D/O, Manual D/O & other reports when required. Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Warehouse Executives/Assistant Manager or Warehouse Manager.
