Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and peripheral devices such as printers, monitors, and keyboards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions using diagnostic tools, software, and manual testing.
Replace damaged or faulty components and parts to restore system functionality.
Perform hardware upgrades, such as increasing storage capacity or memory, to enhance system performance.
Ensure proper functioning of computers and peripheral devices after installation or repair.
Provide on-site service and support to clients as needed.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and hardware replacements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer hardware and repair techniques.
Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless hardware integration and support.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
