**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on RFQ/Tender processes, taking-off, BQ preparation.
- Work on enquiries of quotations, tender evaluation & report.
- Prepare contract document, tender document, pre-qualification document for typical project.
- Prepare budgeting, cost control and cost analysis for tendering stage and ongoing projects.
- Accountable for pre and post-contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order, and final accounts.
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Electrical/ELV industry will be added advantage.
- iMinimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Communicate well in English, BM, Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
