In 2021, the Zimmer Biomet Group started a multi-year transformation to a centralized Global Business Services (GBS) model to deliver routine and operational processes across core business functions, including finance, procurement, regulatory affairs, quality, complaints, human resources, information technology, global customer operations, and customer service.

The goals of the GBS model include integrating and innovating services globally across core business functions and driving value optimization in the overall Zimmer Biomet Group.

The **ZB NextGen **is a young graduate program designed to provide platform for talented and enthusiastic graduates to equip with knowledge and experience that will help to excel in future career.

**What’s in it for you?**
- 2 years program gaining hands-on experience in the specific Finance function (Financial Planning / Accounting/ Taxation/ Credit Control/ Cash Application / Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable)
- Opportunity to work with cross functional, regional, and global stakeholders and on different types of project.
- Providing finance and accounting support to APAC countries
- Working in an organisation with state of art architecture
- Hybrid working model

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance & Accounting
- CGPA 3.0 and above
- Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of working experience
- Good to Have: Japanese / Korean / Mandarin language skill
