1. Schedule Management
Assist the superior in organizing and coordinating daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
2. Document & Correspondence Handling
3. Meeting Coordination
Arrange meetings, prepare necessary materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Communication Bridge
Answer calls, receive visitors, relay messages, and manage basic communications on behalf of the superior.
5. Travel Arrangements
6. Personal Matters Assistance (if applicable)
Support the superior with personal tasks such as bill payments, appointments, and household arrangements.
7. Data Compilation & Reporting
Collect data, compile reports, and prepare presentation materials for reference.
8. Confidentiality & Trust
Maintain high professional ethics and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Note: Work location: Sg Buloh | Chinese female only | 5 working days
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- On call
