Guest Services Representative

We are looking for **attractive receptionist** with **pleasant attitude and warm character**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling front office reception including greeting stakeholders, guests and visitors with a positive, courtesy, and helpful attitude.
- Providing assistance and guidance to guests and visitors as they navigate towards the relevant offices.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Screening and answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Sorting and distributing mails to all business units.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Prepare and serve drinks/confectionery for guest.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative task including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Attend to any other duties assigned by superiors.
**Criteria**:
- Age between 25 - 35 years old.
- Able to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attractive and have a pleasant and warm attitude.
- Able to multi-tasking and taking instructions well.
- Capable of maintaining flexibility and adjusting to changing circumstances.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
