Beauty Trainer

**Job Title: Beauty Trainer & Hair Trainer (1 Vacancy Each)**
**Location**: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur (Off Jalan Imbi)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
**Alternate Saturday Work**: Only in November and December (Year-End Bonanza)
**Salary**: RM 4,500 - RM 6,500 (Basic) + Allowances + EPF, SOCSO, EIS
**Travel**: Yes, frequent travel within Malaysia

As part of their business expansion, they are looking for dedicated trainers to help beauty and salon professionals elevate their service standards and sales performance.

**Now Hiring for Two Positions:1. Beauty Trainer (1 Vacancy)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product knowledge and practical treatment training for beauty salons and spas.
- Deliver sales techniques and customer consultation training.
- Develop and update training materials based on the latest products and industry trends.
- Provide on-site support and coaching at client locations.
- Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician.
- Prior training experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Willing to travel frequently across Malaysia.

**2. Hair Trainer (1 Vacancy)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training on professional haircare products and treatment protocols.
- Educate on consultation techniques and sales strategies to enhance client service.
- Update and develop training manuals, visuals, and workshop content.
- Provide in-salon technical support and follow-up training.
- Represent the brand professionally at events and with salon partners.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Technician.
- Previous training or mentoring experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (Crucial)
- Willing to travel frequently across Malaysia.
