**Job description & Responsibilities list**
- To manage and reply to the company’s enquiries online. (eg, whatsapp and other social media platforms or walk-in customers)
- Explain to the patient with your strong communication skills on all types of treatments, charges and packages available at our Centre.
- Proactively identify and contact prospective customers to generate new sales leads for treatments and courses.
- Follow up on consultations and ensure completion of recommended treatment plans.
- Update patient's data accordingly.
- Draft letters, correspondence and marketing letters as and when required by the company.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling KPI
- Provide exceptional sales and after-sales service, building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Introduce and promote the centre's services and course offerings to potential students, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while enjoying attractive commissions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Work effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and physicians to provide comprehensive health solutions to clients.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience and customer service experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or local dialect will be an added advantage.
- Must be available to work on weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
