- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all works comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and audits regularly.
- **Progress Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve project-related queries promptly.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
