HR Executive

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and handle the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely submission of information.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of career development programs.
Language;
- Mandarin
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
